Hours:
Full time (37.5 hours)
Sessional Work (Flexible working hours)
Pay:
Support Workers: £19,000 – £20,963 per annum, pro rata for part time
Sessional Workers: £10.92 – £12.05 per hour
The Westminster Society is an award winning charity providing services for people with learning disabilities and their families in Westminster, Islington, Kensington & Chelsea and Camden.
We are looking to develop team members who want to work for people who have learning disabilities, Autism / Mental health needs, Dementia and for people with multiple and profound disabilities in our specialist services. The ideal candidate must have previous experience of working as a support worker. In return we will provide an in-depth induction and ongoing training to help you develop.

Sessional work
To provide emergency short notice cover across a range of services during periods of sickness and work on short term assignments within services to cover staff shortages in between recruitment.
You will have the option of accepting or declining any work offered by the Society.
