Support Worker (Adult Services)

Job description

Hours: 

Full time (37.5 hours)

Part time (15, 18.75, 22.50, or 30 hours)

Sessional Work (Flexible working hours)

Pay: 

Support Workers:  £19,000 – £20,963 per annum, pro rata for part time

Sessional Workers:  £10.92 – £12.05 per hour

The Westminster Society is an award winning charity providing services for people with learning disabilities and their families in Westminster, Islington, Kensington & Chelsea and Camden.

We are looking to develop team members  who want to work for people who have learning disabilities, Autism / Mental health needs, Dementia and for people with multiple and profound disabilities in our specialist services.  Some experience would be an advantage but is not essential as in depth induction and ongoing training, development and support is provided.

Full time and part time positions

Sessional work

To provide emergency short notice cover across a range of services during periods of sickness and work on short term assignments within services to cover staff shortages in between recruitment.
