We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our vibrant and high performing Human Resources team. 

About this role

As an HR Administrator, you’ll help us achieve our aims by supporting our HR department. Working within a committed and busy team, you’ll tackle a wide range of administrative duties. Your work will span recruitment, on-boarding, payroll, HR reporting, employee relations and L&D work. It’s a great way to build your skills and gain general HR experience. 

About you

The successful applicant will:

  • have strong administrative skills
  • have excellent attention to detail
  • be enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile;
  • understand the need to deliver a professional, accurate and efficient service at all time;
  • have excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise and organise own workload;
  • have a good standard of education and be IT literate
  • be a good team player
  • HR experience is desirable

We will also invest in you to obtain the CIPD HR Qualification to help develop you in your role.  This will be subject to you completing your 6 month probationary period.
