KCA is a charity with over 15 years of experience supporting children with learning disabilities in Harrow. We are currently have a 12 month fixed-term vacancy for an Outreach Manager.
You will be responsible for the effective development, delivery and management of high quality Outreach Services for children and young people with learning disabilities, complex communication and physical disabilities, some of who may present behaviours that challenge. You will become the registered manager with CQC.
Applicants must be able to work flexibly to meet the requirements of the job role and please find attached a copy of the job description and person specification for this position. This is not a 9.00 am – 5.00 pm job role and will also require direct work with children and young people.
We are currently looking for an Outreach Manager who:
We are looking for applicants who have experience with learning/physical disabilities including those with moderate and severe and complex needs and behaviours that challenge.
Must have a good understanding of how to work with families.
Need to have the ability to work to set deadlines, working in a busy and multi-facet department. also have good organisational and time management skills.
Continuing opportunities for learning and development together with regular supervision and support.
