We are currently looking for an Early Years Practitioner – Baby Room Lead.

Our ethos of inclusion, consultation, choice and partnership with children, young people and their families is at the heart of what we do.

We are currently looking for an Early Years Practitioner – Baby Room Lead who: 

  • Holds an Early Years Practitioner Level 3 Childcare Qualification
  • Substantial experience of working with babies in an early years setting
  • Knowledge and experience of Early Years Foundation Stage Framework
  • Ideally have experience working in early years settings
  • A willingness to work with and support babies who have high care and complex needs
  • Have an awareness of the Children’s Act 1989 and Working Together to Safeguard Children 2018 and frameworks such as EYFS
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have a positive non-judgmental approach

The role will require you to work with SENCO and mainstream children.

We offer continuing opportunities for learning and development together with regular supervision and support.
