Getting the best start in life
We are recruiting for some exciting roles at our newly refurbished nursery
Rainbows is a inclusive nursery service for mainstream children and children with special and complex needs. It is a safe and nurturing environment for them to learn and grow through play. Your child will have opportunities to explore, learn and play. They have a choice of activities to develop their imagination and teach them new skills.
Each child, in partnership with their parents, will have the best start to their learning journey and build a strong foundation for their future. We support families and children to actively contribute to their local community. We promote tolerance and diversity to everyone, encouraging our ethos of inclusiveness, openness and partnership within families and across the wider community.
Our nursery has been fully renovated and re-launched in May 2019. We now have three dedicated areas for each age group including a baby room, toddler room and pre-school room, each with access to our fantastic outdoor area, sensory room and soft play area.
Rainbows is a small inclusive nursery for both mainstream children and those with special and complex needs. We are rated Good by Ofsted. We have places available for children aged 0 to 5 years and we are open Monday to Friday 8:00am to 18:00pm.
Rainbows is a fun, safe and nurturing environment where children can reach their potential. We have carefully selected qualified and experienced staff who provide stimulating learning experience where children can play and explore through the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum.
We know that a great deal of consideration goes into your choice of early years setting for your child. We work in partnership with you as parents and carers and you are at the centre of what we do.
“Children enjoy a wide range of interesting activities that keep them engaged, staff understand how children learn and develop, and they know the children in their care well.”
“Staff provide a welcoming and stimulating environment for children”
“Children are helped to develop their language skills, they join in well with songs and number rhymes supported by the use of hand singing by staff.”
“Staff regularly involve parents in the children’s care and learning, such as through daily discussions about their progress.”
