We have created a Rainbow poster celebrating the amazing work that our carers are doing and encouraging everyone to clap for our carers.
We would love you to join in by printing off the poster, colouring in the rainbow and displaying it in your windows.
Once you have done this if you could take a pic of you holding it or your rainbow up in your window and send it to us that would be fab.
