A Grade

BY: Laurence Swan

CATEGORY: News

Our Supported Living services in Westminster were once again independently verified as meeting grade A in all areas of the Supporting People Quality Assurance Framework (QAF).

This inspection takes place every four years and includes visits to our services, discussions with staff and people living there to check that we are meeting our promises and meeting the highest standard achievable within this quality assurance programme.

‘This assessment is an opportunity to hear the positive things from tenants about the place they live and the support they have from their teams. In particular listening and seeing how
people have moved on with independence since the last visit 4 years ago’

Mandy Stevens, Service Manager
