After in-depth consultations over two years with a wide variety of people who use our services, we have now launched Our Plan, The Westminster Society’s five year strategic plan.

Our Plan sets out our strategic aims and the outcomes we will need to achieve, in order to realise our vision. It also includes the measures or key success factors that will show us how well we are doing if we are to stay on course and make a difference. 

These objectives are designed to ensure the services we provide represent the needs and aspirations of the people we support and that the Society is the organisation of choice across Westminster.

It is our vision that in five years time we will have transformed the way our services are provided.

We aim to lead the way within learning disability services for children, young people and adults and will be the organisation people choose to support them throughout their lives.
