Moorhouse Road

Moorhouse Road is a beautiful victorian maisonette in the Westbourne Park Road area. The flat accommodates 4 people with mild learning disabilities, with a current mixed group of people aged between 25 - 55 years old.

Support and Services

Service users are supported with day to day living skills and in the management of their tenancy agreements including the payment of bills.

A support plan is devised for each person covering all aspects of their life, and the overall aim of the service is to help residents to learn the skills that will enable them to move on to more independent living. They are therefore encouraged to go to college during the day or to do work experience, and supported to communicate or problem solve through house meetings.

Facilities

  • 4 bedrooms (3 with ensuite showers)
  • Bathroom with WC and shower
  • Lounge / dining room
  • Kitchen
  • Utility room with WC

Please note: There are stairs in this property so it would not be suitable for someone with mobility needs.
