Bourne Terrace

Bourne Terrace is a two storey maisonette housing 4 people with moderate learning disabilities. The residents are aged between 40 - 70 years old, and whilst they have the independence to go out on their own, they still have some high support needs and therefore have the reassurance of a 24hour support team based within the flat for emergencies.

Support and Services

Service users are supported to develop and maintain skills through continuous assessment of risks and abilities, and are supported in the management of their tenancy agreements. Service users attend college and are also supported to pursue social activities and other interests.

The team take on a holistic approach to their work, ensuring all areas of a person's life are supported through the use of person centered planning, which is coordinated by an identified linkworker.
