Westbourne Park Road

Westbourne Park Road is a centrally located Registered Care Home for 7 adults with learning disabilities. 

The current service users range in age from early 30s to mid 50s and have a wide range of support needs.

Support and Services

Service users are supported to experience a wide range of opportunities, interests and skills. Team members provide support, training and guidance in all areas particularly with the development/maintenance of independent living skills.

The team enable service users to pursue daytime occupations that will stimulate and challenge them, including work experience and college courses.

The team promotes involvement in decision making through 1:1 and house meetings, and they support service users to understand and exercise their rights.

The Team

The team consists of a Team Manager, 2 Assistant Team Managers, 6 Full time and 1 Part time Support Workers. The service receives direct line management support from the Service Manager.
