Flats A, B & C are purpose built accessible Registered Care Homes for 13 people with high support and complex needs including physical disabilities.
These services (two of which are new) have been designed to meet the needs of each service user, including tracking, ceiling hoists and specialized bathing facilities etc.
Support and Services
The people living at flats A, B & C are encouraged to participate and become involved in a range of activities, including the development of daily living skills and the pursuit of leisure interests.
There is a warm, relaxed, supportive atmosphere with routines that are flexible to suit the individuals choices and needs.
Communication, rights, responsibilities and social skills are promoted to enable greater inclusion into the local community. Multimedia equipment is used to aid communication and provide accessible information.

- 13 bedrooms, all with basins and overhead hoists.
- 3 living/dinning rooms with overhead hoists
- 3 accessible kitchens
- 2 offices
- 7 accessible bath/shower rooms with WCs
- 2 utility rooms with sluices
- 3 accessible gardens with patios
- 2 sensory rooms
- 1 therapy room
- 1 music room
- 1 communal area for parties, meetings and family time, with a self contained kitchen
The Team
The team consists of 3 Team Managers, 3 Assistant Team Managers & 21 full & part time Support Workers. The service receives direct line management support from the Service Manager.
