Carlton Gate

Carlton Gate is a Registered Care Home comprising of 2 ground floor flats, accommodating 3 service users in each flat.

Currently we have older male and female service users living here, with learning and physical disabilities.

Support and Services

As this service accommodates an older client group, service users are encouraged to participate in a variety of activities for retired people. Team members provide support, training and guidance in all areas, particularly with maintaining skills and contact with friends and family, as well as supporting people with health related issues.

Facilities

Each flat contains:

• 3 bedrooms
• Living / dining room
• Kitchen
• 1 adapted bathroom with bath and WC
• 1 adapted bathroom with shower and WC

There is also a shared office between the 2 flats and a communal garden

The Team

24 hour support is provided at Carlton Gate. The team consists of a Team Manager, an Assistant Team Manager and a team of Support Workers. The service receives direct line management support from the Service Manager.
