Woodfield Road

Woodfield Road is a four storey maisonette accommodating 8 people with varying levels of learning disability and support needs.

At present there are only male residents living here, aged between 40 - 80 years old.

Support and Services

Service users are encouraged to get involved in activities specific to their individual needs and interests. They are supported on health matters and daily living tasks, as well as participating in activities within the local community.

(Please note; access to each floor at Woodfield Road is via stairs or a lift, so someone with reduced mobility could still live at the property if they were happy to use the lift.)

The Team

24 hour support is provided at this service. The team consists of a Team Manager, an Assistant Team Manager and a team of Support Workers. The service receives direct line management support from the Service Manager.
