Gabby is responsible for ensuring The Westminster Society delivers quality services to people with learning disabilities and their families in the Westminster Borough. Gabby also manages the development of services to meet the ever changing need whilst keeping the Society's statement of values at the fore front.
Andrew manages the Finance and Administration departments, and reports to the Board of Trustees and other committees. He also deals with policy and procedure development and annual budget setting.
Carol's role is to provide effective line management leadership and strategic direction to a number of different services operating from Rainbow Family Centre. These include a registered nursery and early year's services, inclusive after school, holiday play scheme, youth activities and a family support and advice team.
Carol works in collaboration with children, young people and their families, the society, local authority, primary care trust commissioners and other providers to ensure that children, young people and family services are delivered to a high standard and meet the needs and wishes of the people with learning disabilities and their families.
Mandy is responsible for ensuring our Housing Services are managed well and meet the needs of the people we support. We currently provide housing for over 100 people either living in their own self contained flats or within shared accommodation.
Mandy manages a team of service managers who work to ensure that all our housing is appropriate to need and continues to develop to create options for people to have more choice and control in their lives.
Emma provides administrative support to Gabby Machell, and is the main point of contact for trustees, facilitating Board and committee meetings.
As Volunteer Coordinator, Emma manages the recruitment, selection and placement of volunteers and students in all areas of the Society.
